There were issues with the cleanliness of the room, including unpleasant odors from the pillows, and a lack of assistance when fresh towels were requested. The reliance on shuttle service made it inconvenient to access nearby attractions.

Fantastic place with attentive staff and strong wi-fi. Good value for money and well-equipped room looking out at swimming pool. Marvellous and large breakfast. Excellent service and an al fresco restaurant onsite.

Chill vibes and yummy food!

Super friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet was a hit! I messed around with my food creations. The private jacuzzi was lit, but the public bathroom in the lobby was a sweatbox. Free shuttle to the beach is awesome. Check out that nearby 4 o'clock Steak place for some tasty Swedish meatballs.

high-class double room with strong wifi, private balcony plus a jacuzzi in the balcony. good service, best possible position near the beach or night markets. and close enough to hua hin boulevard.

All the rooms are big size and airy with good bedroom and the staff is courteous.

The premier beautiful room was spacious and clean. I loved the large pool surrounded by lush greenery, super relaxing. The breakfast had a great variety, even real bacon and fluffy pancakes. Plus, the free shuttle service was a huge plus for getting around nearby.

The Premier Deluxe room with a private jacuzzi was a treat, providing great comfort. The hotel is a bit isolated, about 15 minutes from the city center, and while the free shuttle service helped, the lack of extra amenities like free blankets, was a downside.

My children wished for more shaded areas by the pool.

The mountain view here is absolutely stunning, and the room is really beautiful. 🌄.

The Beautiful Room with Pool View Plus was impeccably designed with plenty of natural light and a spacious layout. The complimentary shuttle service eased our access to nearby attractions. The hotel's pool area offered a fine mountain view with a perfect spot for relaxation.

The reliance on a vehicle for exploring the area might be inconvenient for some guests.
